How to Host a Show
The Day of Your Show
We will need to arrive about 2 hours before the start of the show to set up. We will bring
some of our own display pieces however, use of a dining room table or other space is
helpful. No need to clear out rooms, we will work around you. When the show begins greet
your guests. When it appears that everyone or just about everyone has arrived we would
like to make a 10 minute presentation to introduce ourselves and our product. The rest of
the show is all about socializing and shopping!

- Have 10-15 guests attend your show and you receive $100 CREDIT toward our
products in inventory or on custom orders! - Receive an ADDITIONAL $5 CREDIT for each attending guest over 15!
How to Host a Show
- Step 1: When booking a show, we will work with you to align our calendar with a date
that is convenient for you and guests. - Step 2: Create a guest list. Strive for 10 guests to attend. On average, one in four
people you invite will attend, so invite 40 people just to be sure. That may seem like
a lot but you will be surprised how many people you can come up with. Pull from you
best friends, relatives, coworkers, children's teachers, children's friends parents,
church friends, acquaintances, social groups, etc. - Step 3: We will send you an evite invitation with all the show information filled out.
This simple format allows you to invite guests at your convenience. We would prefer
to get an evite out to your guests 2-3 weeks before the day of your show, with a
reminder closer to the show date. It is also perfectly OK to verbally invite people, too. - Step 4: BE EXCITED! The more excited you are about your show, the more excited
people will be about attending. - Step 5: On the day of the show, relax. Your house doesn't have to be spotless and
you don't have to have a huge buffet. Brownies and lemonade will be just fine.
