Kathy and Jackie have been designing and creating mosaic designs since 1996. Keith
joined them in 2001, bringing his knowledge of stained glass, and "All Cracked Up" was born.
The combined techniques of mosaics and stained glass make a fun and unique art form.
We each have our own style but draw on each other for inspiration. Typically all three of us
have a hand in creating each piece we make.
While we see more and more mosaic artists with each show we do, our interpretation of the
art remains unique. No two pieces will ever be completely alike and each piece, large or
small, is deceptively time consuming.

When applying the glass mosaics to a functional wooden serving piece we first cut each
piece by hand and then place the glass in a tumbler for three to four days to take the edge off
of any sharp pieces. The design is then applied by hand, cured, grouted, cured again, and
finally finished off with a food safe, non toxic sealer.
